At CS INTERIORS, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

• You may request a return within [7] days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, undamaged, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• To start a return, email choudrystore7255@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item.

Non-returnable items

• Custom-made or made-to-order items
• Items that have been used, installed, or altered
• Clearance or final-sale items
• Gift cards

Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within [48 hours] of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval or rejection.
• Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within [7-10] business days.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
• For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return shipping.
